Improvements

Smarter repeat‑registration automation (2918, 3106-3110 WJEW)

  • Automated rules can now fire on every registration event from the same attendee, not just the first.
  • Each email address still stays a single contact, but the total number of registrations is tracked.
  • A new counter in the Registrants list (and export) shows how many times each person has registered.
  • A toggle in your account profile under Integrations > Autoresponder lets you decide whether repeat registrations should fire your automations again.
Action needed: To use repeat automation triggering, it must be turned ON for your existing autoresponder integrations. Learn how in Connect an autoresponder or CRM.

More complete data into Zapier & autoresponders (2735, 3148, 3305, 3758 WJEW)

Zapier and other tools now receive richer registration data, including:

  • UTM parameters captured on the Registrants tab (3305 WJEW).
  • Correct schedule IDs for EverWebinar events so Zaps can be configured without “no schedule available” errors (3148, 2735, 3758 EW).

Custom webhooks for maximum flexibility (3558, 3559 WJEW)

You can now use our autoresponder triggers to call your own custom webhook URLs. A new “Custom Webhook” option appears in the autoresponder list.

For each trigger (e.g., registration, attended live, missed live), we send a POST request with:

  • Lead details (first name, last name, email, phone, etc.).
  • Key links (live room, replay, unsubscribe).
  • Optional authentication lets you secure the endpoint using bearer tokens or custom headers/body key‑value pairs.

Better visibility into notification delivery (3511, 3556 WJEW)

Notification analytics now show why some contacts did not receive a notification. Common reasons surfaced in the UI include: 

  • Blacklisted email
  • Subscription cancelled
  • GDPR not accepted
  • Did not meet the rules for who should receive that notification (e.g., attended vs. did not attend, purchased vs. did not purchase)
  • Missing phone number for SMS/call notifications

Fixes

  • A bug where ActiveCampaign custom fields were not receiving values has been fixed, so fields like live room link, replay link, and dates are now correctly populated (3758 WJEW).
