Learn how webinar notifications work and choose the right delivery method for your event.
WebinarJam allows you to send reminders and follow-ups using built-in email, external email services, SMS, or voice calls. Each option gives you a different level of control over scheduling, delivery, and automation.
Choosing the right notification method
Consider the following when deciding which method to use:
- Keep everything inside WebinarJam → Use WebinarJam Mail
- Use your existing CRM for automation → Use your own autoresponder
- Deliver through your own mail server → Use SMTP
- Increase last-minute attendance → Add SMS or voice reminders
You can combine methods. For example, you might send email reminders through WebinarJam Mail and add an SMS reminder 15 minutes before the session.
Once you’ve chosen your preferred method, follow the instructions linked in the relevant section below.
