By default, webinars stream directly through the WebinarJam live room, but you can also choose to broadcast your webinar to an external platform.
Available streaming options
WebinarJam offers the following streaming options for live webinars:
- WebinarJam live room only: Stream your webinar exclusively through WebinarJam, where attendees join using their webinar access link.
- YouTube Live: Stream your webinar through WebinarJam and broadcast it simultaneously to a connected YouTube channel.
- Facebook Live: Stream your webinar through WebinarJam and broadcast it simultaneously to a connected Facebook Page or profile.
Each option delivers the live video differently and comes with different considerations.

You can choose the streaming service for each webinar in its Full configuration wizard.
What to consider before choosing
Before selecting a streaming service, consider the following:
- Where your audience is watching: If your audience is already active on YouTube or Facebook, broadcasting there can help you reach them more easily.
- How much control you want over the experience: Interactive elements like polls, offers, and widgets are only visible inside the WebinarJam live room, not on external platforms.
