New Regulatory Settings panel

Introduced three admin-only compliance toggles (Session Recording, Attendee Interactions, AI Features) allowing regulated organizations to disable specific data collection with a single switch. (3007 WJEW)

  • Session Recording
    • When "Session Recording” is turned off, no audio/video files are saved, ensuring zero recording footprint for regulated workflows. (3010 WJ)
    • Replay settings remain editable for past webinars: hosts can still manage existing replays while respecting compliance rules for future ones. (3287 WJ)
    • Full cleanup of presentation files, slides, and live assets after sessions to prevent long-term storage of unused material. (3015 WJ)
  • Attendee Interactions
    • No poll data is stored after a session when Attendee Interactions is switched off, maintaining strict data-handling compliance. (3286 WJ)
    • When interactions are disabled, chats are not written to the database and any running modules (polls, stickies, etc) are purged at webinar end. (3011, 3014 WJEW)
  • AI Features
    • Completely blocks AI-related actions (automated agenda generation, using generated agenda in live webinar) when organizations opt out. The agenda feature can still be used, but with manual content only. (3013 WJ)
