The Registrants page displays lists of people associated with your webinars, including Active registrants and Auto-subscribers.
The Active registrants list shows everyone who has successfully registered for a specific webinar. From this page, you can review registration details, track attendee activity, and manage individual registrants.
Access the registrant list
To view the registrants of a webinar:
- Go to the Registrants section in your account.
- Use the dropdown menus to select a webinar, session and event.

- A table appears with a list of all registrants that match the chosen filter.
Registrant data available
The registrants' table may include the following information, depending on the information you requested from the registrants.

Registrant details | First name, last name, email address, phone number, phone country code, IP address |
| Tracking information | UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content (if passed during registration) |
| Webinar details | Webinar name, session, event date, registration date |
| Live attendance | Attended live, attended live date, time to enter live room, time in live room, purchased from live room, revenue from live room |
| Replay attendance | Watched replay, watched replay date, time in replay room, purchased from replay room, revenue from replay room |
| Subscription status | Subscribed to webinar notifications - yes/no |
| Communication status | GDPR status, GDPR communications, Twilio consent date |
| Additional fields | Any custom fields (if added to the registration form) |
Live or replay attendance times are recorded using the time zone selected in the webinar’s schedule configuration.
Filter registrants by behaviour
You can filter the registrants table to view attendees based on specific behavior or activity. Filtering helps you identify registrants who:
- attended the webinar
- watched the replay
- made a purchase

Manage registrants
Use the action icons in the registrants table to manage individual records.
You can:
- Edit registrant details to correct typos or update information
- Delete registrants from all webinars.
- Deleting a registrant from one webinar will remove them from other webinars permanently.
- Unsubscribe leads to unsubscribe them from webinar notifications for the chosen webinar.
Export registrant data
You can export registrant information for reporting or analysis.
- (Optional) Apply filters to display the registrants you want to export.
- Click Export in the upper-right corner of the screen.
In the export window, select the type of data you want to download.
| Export option | What it includes |
| Export the currently selected filters | Exports only the registrants currently shown in the table based on your filters |
| Export all registrants | Exports everyone who registered for the selected webinar |
| Export all attendees | Exports registrants who attended the webinar, live or replay |
| Export all buyers | Exports registrants who made a purchase during the live webinar or replay |

After selecting the export type, click Export to download the file.

In addition to Active registrants, you will see an Auto-subscribers section on the Registrants page.
Auto-subscribers are attendees who have chosen to automatically subscribe to future webinars from the same host. When this option is enabled during registration, attendees can opt in to receive access to future events without registering again.
These contacts are stored separately from the Active registrants list and can be added to new webinars when you configure future events.
