Learn how to choose the video that will power your automated webinar.

EverWebinar uses a pre-loaded source video as the main content for your webinar. This is the video your attendees will watch during each session.

Choose your source video

The first step in the EverWebinar setup process is selecting this source video. You can select one of the following options:

External video file

Use your own video hosted on a supported platform. You can upload or link to a video hosted on:

• YouTube
• Vimeo
• Any service that provides a direct MP4 playback link

This option is ideal if you:

• Created a pre-recorded webinar
• Edited your webinar for a polished experience
• Want full control over your video content

WebinarJam live session

Reuse a recording from a previous WebinarJam event.

This option lets you quickly turn a past live webinar into an automated one. EverWebinar will import key elements from the original session, including:

• The video replay
• Chat activity
• Webinar interactions (where applicable)

This is a fast and convenient way to recreate a live-like experience for your audience.
