The Direct link to live room is a bypass link. It allows someone to join your webinar immediately, without registration, even if the session has already started.

Use this link if:

  • A registrant lost their confirmation email
  • Someone needs last-minute access
  • You want to manually grant entry to specific individuals
Important:

The direct link is not recommended for general promotion, as certain analytics are not tracked when attendees enter this way.

  1. Go to the Webinars dashboard and locate your webinar
  2. Click Your linksWebinar example highlighting the Your links button
