After your webinar ends, you can share the replay with your audience or download a copy for your own use.

Replay recordings can be shared in two ways:

  • Automatically, through a post-webinar notification email
  • Manually, by sharing a replay link

Send the replay automatically

You can send replay access automatically by enabling a post-webinar notification email.

To do this:

  1. Open your webinar configuration
  2. Go to the Notifications step
  3. Enable and configure the post-webinar email

This email can include a direct link to the replay page.

Get a replay link or download (WebinarJam)

Replay recordings are generated after each live session. 

After the broadcast, allow up to the full duration of the session for the recording to complete and become available.

In your Webinars dashboard:

  1. Click Your links > ReplayReplay access link and download
  2. Select a session from the drop-down to display the replay page link and download button.

If multiple recordings exist for the same session, a second dropdown will appear. Use it to select the correct recording based on start time and duration.

Available actions:

  • Open replay page: Click the arrow icon to view the replay
  • Download recording: Click the download icon to save an MP4 file

If the video opens in your browser instead of downloading, right-click the player and choose Save video as.

Keep in mind:

  • The download button appears grey if the recording is still processing
  • The download button is also unavailable if the webinar session never went live

Get a replay link or download (EverWebinar)

EverWebinar events use a pre-recorded video, so a replay is always available.

To access the replay:

  1. Go to Webinars
  2. Locate your webinar
  3. Click Your links > Replay
  4. Select a session from the dropdown
Important:

On-demand session types such as Just-in-Time and Instant Replay do not appear in this list.

Available actions

  • Copy replay link: Share the replay page with attendees
  • Download video: Save a copy of the source video

You can also review activity from your webinar session, including:

  • Chat logs
  • Poll results
  • Survey responses
