Learn how to log in if you’ve lost access to your authenticator app.
If you can’t access your mobile device or authenticator app, you can use a recovery code to sign in to your account.
How recovery codes work
- A recovery code is a backup login method
- Each code can be used only once
- A new code is generated every time you use one
You can use a recovery code to:
- Access your account if you lose your device
- Reset or reconnect your authenticator app
Log in with a recovery code
- Go to https://app.webinarjam.com/
- Enter your email address and password
- On the verification screen, click Try another method
- Select Recovery code
- Enter your recovery code
- Click Continue
Save your new recovery code
After logging in, a new recovery code will be generated.
Important:
- Copy and store this new code in a safe place
- Your previous recovery code is no longer valid
- You will need this code if you lose access again in the future
If you do not have access to your recovery code, use the “Can’t login?” option on the login screen to contact support.
