What is happening?

I forgot my password

Reset your password and regain access to your account:

I am prompted for a verification code and cannot log in

I cannot access my authentication app or backup method


If you are unable to complete multi-factor authentication using your usual method, use a recovery code instead: Log in Using a Recovery Code (MFA)


I want to change the email address on my account

If you wish to update the email address of your account, follow these steps: Change WebinarJam login email or password
