Check Your Plan:
The Control Panel is available for WebinarJam Enterprise plans.
The Control Panel is the moderation dashboard used to manage a live webinar. It gives moderators and presenters quick access to chat management, attendee controls, live injections, and event statistics.
The Control Panel includes the same controls available in the live room, but presents them in a layout designed for easier monitoring during the broadcast.
Access the Control Panel
Moderators and presenters can access the Control Panel using their Control Panel access link.
To find these links:
- Go to the Webinars dashboard
- Locate your webinar
- Click Your Links > Presenters
Share the Control Panel link with moderators or support staff.
The Control Panel is divided into several sections that help moderators monitor and manage the event.

In the upper side of the Control Panel are the main event controls.
Start or end the broadcast:
- Click the phone icon to start broadcasting.
- At least one presenter must be inside the live room to begin the webinar.
- Click the same button again to end the broadcast.
Live status indicator: A colored indicator shows whether the webinar is currently live:

Chat activity limits
To prevent spam, chat activity is rate-limited:
- Attendees: 3 messages within 5 seconds
- Presenters and moderators: 5 messages within 5 seconds
Limits reset after a 5-second cooldown.
Mute vs. eject
Moderators can control disruptive users using two actions.
- Mute: Muted users can continue sending messages, but their messages are not visible to others. The user will not see any indication that they have been muted.
- Eject: Ejecting a user removes them from the webinar room immediately and blocks them from re-entering from the same browser session. If the user returns using another device or browser, they can be removed again or muted.
Live injections
The Live injections panel allows moderators to deploy interactive elements during the webinar
You can:
- Launch preconfigured injections
- Create new ones during the event
Available injection types include:
- Polls
- Product offers
- Videos
- File downloads
- Slides

Learn more about live injections.
Attendee control
The Attendees panel displays participants currently in the webinar.

Tabs allow you to filter attendees by:
- All attendees
- Purchasers
- Users requesting to speak
Moderators can also:
- Redirect all attendees to a specific URL
- Resend email notifications to registrants
Room statistics
At the top of the Control Panel, the statistics bar displays real-time webinar metrics.

The metrics include:
- Current number of attendees
- Duration of the live webinar

- Current vs peak attendance
- Number of sales

These metrics update automatically during the broadcast.

The presenter will receive an email with a unique access link to join the webinar.
