Applies to: WebinarJam and EverWebinar

If you’re having trouble logging in with a one-time passcode, use the sections below to resolve common issues.

Didn’t receive a passcode email

First, confirm which MFA method your account is using.

  • If the login screen asks for an authenticator app code, no email was sent
  • If it shows a masked email address, a code was sent to your inbox

If email MFA is active:

  • Check your spam, promotions, or junk folders
  • Search for emails from webinarinfo@webinarjam.net

Pro tip

Add webinarinfo@webinarjam.net as a safe sender at your email service provider to avoid future delays.

The code is invalid or expired

Email MFA codes:

  • Are valid for 5 minutes
  • Are replaced each time a new code is requested

If you see an error:

  • Click Resend or restart the login process
  • Use the most recent code
  • Copy and paste carefully

If emails arrive late:

  • Log in directly through your email provider (e.g. gmail.com)
  • Avoid desktop email apps that may delay delivery

Not sure which MFA method is enabled

If you can access your account, go to your Profile to view your active methods.

If you cannot log in: the login screen tells you where to look

  • App → check your authenticator
  • Email → check your inbox

If both are enabled:

  • You’ll be asked for the app code first
  • Click “Try another method” to use email instead

Can’t access your authenticator app

If you no longer have access to your app:

  • Use your recovery code (if saved)
  • Or select another available login method

If you cannot log in at all, click “Can’t login?” to contact support

Can I disable MFA?

MFA is required for all accounts. You must have at least one method enabled.

If both are active and you want to use only one:

  • Go to your Profile
  • Disable the method you don’t need
Important:

If you disable the authenticator app, remove it from your device. Re-enabling it later requires a new setup.

Sharing login access

Sharing login credentials is not recommended

Instead, create a Team member account so each user can:

  • Log in securely
  • Set up their own MFA

Still need help?

Use the “Can’t login?” option on the login screen to reach support.
