Learn what pages are available for your webinars, where to find them, and how to customize them.
Each webinar includes a set of built-in pages that guide attendees:
- Registration: Where prospects sign up for your webinar
- Thank you: Where registrants are sent after completing the registration form
- Countdown: A holding page shown when someone visits the live event link before the webinar starts.
You can customize these pages to match your branding and adjust basic content and layout.
Where to find page templates
Templates for each page type and a basic page editor are found at different steps inside the webinar configuration wizard:

- The Default confirmation page option must be selected under Default vs Custom confirmation page
- If your Thank you page is hosted externally, you can choose Custom confirmation page instead

Pro tip
Increase trust and sign-ups by putting a face to the event. Choose a registration form template that supports presenter images.
You can manage presenter images, names, and titles in two ways:
- Globally, under Webinar presenters in the Configuration tab.

- Directly in the page editor, by editing the Presenters component on the page.

Using the page editor
Use the page editor to customize text, colors, backgrounds, and layout elements on the page.
To edit a page, hover over different sections to reveal action buttons:
- Click the pencil icon to edit a component
- Click the X icon to delete a component

Important:
- Deleting a component cannot be undone. To undo changes to the structure of the page, the template must be reset.
- Some elements in the page editor, such as the countdown timer and live room link, cannot be edited. These details are automatically added by the platform to live pages.

Using the Actions menu
The Actions menu in the top-right corner of the page editor lets you manage your changes while editing a page.

The available options are:
- Reset: Discard all changes and restore the original template design
- Preview: View your changes without publishing them
- Save: Save your changes without exiting the page editor
- Save and Exit: Save your changes and return to the webinar setup wizard
- Cancel and Exit: Exit the editor without saving changes made in the current editing session
