Applies to: EverWebinar

EverWebinar is designed to deliver webinar presentations automatically, without requiring you to be present.

Instead of hosting a live event at a fixed time, you configure an experience that attendees can join based on your chosen schedule.

How to set up your EverWebinar event

  1. Choose your webinar content
  2. Configure basic webinar details
    • Set up the core information for your webinar, including the name, title, description, and thumbnail.
    • You can also assign moderators who will have access to the Control Panel.
  3. Set your webinar schedule
    • Define when and how attendees can access your webinar.
    • You can choose from:
      • Scheduled sessions
      • Recurring sessions
      • On-demand options such as Just-in-Time and Instant Replay
    • Additional settings like late attendance can also be configured here.
  4. Set up registration
    • Choose how attendees will register for your webinar.
    • You can use a built-in registration page template or connect your own custom page. You can also configure options such as password protection or paid access.
  5. Configure email notifications
    • Set up the emails your attendees will receive before and after the webinar.
    • You can use the built-in email system, an external SMTP service, or an autoresponder to send confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-ups.
  6. Customize the confirmation experience
  7. Configure the webinar room experience
    • Set up what attendees will see during the webinar.
    • This includes live room settings, chat behavior, and automated interactions such as polls, offers, messages, and other timed events.
  8. Set up replay behavior
    • Control how replay access works for your webinar.
    • You can enable or disable replay and configure how attendees access and experience it after the session.

Review analytics and registrants

After your webinar is set up, you can track performance and manage attendees.

Use the Analytics section to review traffic, engagement, and revenue, and the Registrants section to view and manage your attendee list.

EverWebinar vs. WebinarJam

WebinarJam and EverWebinar are closely related, but they serve different purposes.

  • WebinarJam is used for live webinars
  • EverWebinar is used for automated webinars

The key difference is how the event is delivered:

  • In WebinarJam, attendees join a shared live session at a scheduled time
  • In EverWebinar, attendees join a pre-configured experience that simulates a live event

This affects how scheduling, replays, and attendee interactions work, and makes EverWebinar ideal for:

  • Running webinars on autopilot
  • Delivering a consistent presentation
  • Allowing attendees to join at different times
  • Scaling your webinar without being live
