Applies to: WebinarJam and EverWebinar

You can charge attendees to register for your webinar by directing them to a third-party checkout page before they complete registration.

Paid registration is commonly used for:

  • Premium training sessions or workshops
  • Online courses and coaching sessions
  • Paid masterclasses or expert presentations
  • Exclusive events with limited attendance

Important: WebinarJam and EverWebinar do not process payments. To charge for webinar registration, you must use a third-party checkout platform (such as PayPal, Stripe, or another payment processor). Registrants are redirected to your checkout page to complete payment and then returned to the webinar registration page to finish signing up.

Troubleshooting and Tips

Incomplete Registration

If you receive a payment but do not see a new registrant, the attendee did not complete the final registration step.

To resolve this:

  1. Copy the Post-payment redirect URL
  2. Send it to the user to complete their registration.

This link takes them directly to the registration page so they can complete their signup without repeating the payment process.

Allow free registration for a specific user

To allow free registration to one specific user, follow the same steps as mentioned above. Anyone with this URL will go straight to the registration page without completing a payment, so share it carefully.
