Learn how to cancel your WebinarJam or EverWebinar subscription using the self-service billing portal.
Each product is billed as a separate subscription. If you have more than one (bundled or separate), you may need to cancel each individually.
Access the billing portal
To update your billing address:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your account
- Select the Billing tab
- Click Go to self-billing

- On the login page, enter:
- Your account email address
- Your Order ID
Where to find your Order ID:
- In the Billing tab of your account
- In any payment confirmation email
- On an invoice (top-right corner)

Cancel your subscription
Once inside the billing portal:
- Locate the subscription you want to cancel
- Click Show details
- Click the X icon to cancel the subscription

After you cancel:
- Your subscription will be marked as Pending cancellation
- You will not be charged again
- Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period
- Access will end on your next scheduled billing date
Important:
If your subscription renews on an installment plan, please contact our support team before canceling to ensure access does not close prematurely.
