Learn how to cancel your WebinarJam or EverWebinar subscription using the self-service billing portal.

Each product is billed as a separate subscription. If you have more than one (bundled or separate), you may need to cancel each individually.


Access the billing portal

To access the portal:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your account
  2. Select the Billing tab
  3. Click Go to self-billing
    Click go to self-billing to launch the billing portal
  4. On the login page, enter:
    • Your account email address
    • Your Order ID

Where to find your Order ID:

  • In the Billing tab of your account
  • In any payment confirmation email
  • On an invoice (top-right corner)
    Invoice number is the order ID

Cancel your subscription

Once inside the billing portal:

  1. Locate the subscription you want to cancel
  2. Click Show details
  3. Click the X icon to cancel the subscription

After you cancel:

  • Your subscription will be marked as Pending cancellation
  • You will not be charged again
  • Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • Access will end on your next scheduled billing date

Planning to reactivate later? Some webinar content or account data may not be retained after account access ends. Contact support for more information about data availability and restoration options.

Important:

If your subscription renews on an installment plan, please contact our support team before canceling to ensure access does not close prematurely.
