Once your webinar is fully configured, you can start collecting registrations by sharing your webinar links.

WebinarJam automatically generates the registration links for you to:

  • Use a WebinarJam-hosted registration page
  • Embed a registration form on your own website
  • Share a direct access link to the live room (when necessary)

Available registration options

You can use one or multiple options depending on your promotional strategy.

Link to registration page (hosted by WebinarJam)

This link directs visitors to your WebinarJam-hosted registration page.

The design and content of this page are configured in the Registration step of your webinar setup.

Best if you:

  • Don’t have a website
  • Want a quick, ready-to-use registration page
  • Prefer WebinarJam to host the page

Embed in your website

This option provides registration form code snippets that you can place on your own website as either:

  • Registration bar: at the bottom of the page
  • Registration button: anywhere on the page, pops a registration form
  • Registration bubble: an overlay fixed to a bottom corner of your page
  • Registration embedded form: anywhere on the page

Use this option if you:

  • Want registrations collected directly on your own domain
  • Are running paid traffic to your own landing page
  • Need full control over page layout and branding

Important:

It's best to only use one of the embed code snippets in your external page. Multiple snippets in the same page can cause a conflict in the code.

Direct link to live room

This is an emergency access link that allows an attendee to skip registration and enter the live room directly. 

Use this carefully, as it bypasses the normal registration process.

Find your webinar links

To access your links:

  1. Go to your Webinars dashboard
  2. Locate the webinar you want to promote
  3. Click Your links

Check your plan

Link customization is available in EverWebinar, WebinarJam Professional, and WebinarJam Enterprise.

You can customize part of your registration or direct link:

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the link field
  2. Edit the customizable portion of the URL
  3. Save your changes

Note: The domain cannot be changed.
