Learn how to update the credit card used for your WebinarJam or EverWebinar subscription.

Depending on how your account is set up, you may have:

  • A bundled subscription (both products together), or
  • Separate subscriptions for each product

If you have multiple subscriptions, you may need to update your payment method for each one individually.


Access the billing portal

To update your payment details, you’ll first need to open the self-service billing portal:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your account
  2. Select the Billing tab
  3. Click Go to self-billingClick go to self-billing to launch the billing portal
  4. On the login page, enter:
    • Your account email address
    • Your Order ID

Where to find your Order ID:

  • In the Billing tab of your account
  • In any payment confirmation email
  • On your invoice (top-right corner)
    Invoice number is the order ID

Update your credit card

Once inside the billing portal:

  1. Locate your subscription(s). Each box represents a separate subscription
  2. Click the credit card icon(#1) to view:
    • Last four digits of the card
    • Expiration date
  3. Click the pencil icon (#2) to update your payment details or add a new card

Access the credit card details

Important:

If you have multiple subscriptions, you’ll need to update each one separately. Updating one does not update others automatically.
