Applies to: EverWebinar

EverWebinar is designed for automated webinars that run on a schedule using pre-recorded content. Unlike live webinars in WebinarJam, EverWebinar sessions are not presented in real time; they are recorded in advance and delivered automatically at scheduled times.

It is best suited for sessions you want to deliver repeatedly without going live each time, such as evergreen training, automated workshops, product demos, or sales presentations. Use EverWebinar if you want to automate a proven webinar and run it on a recurring schedule without presenting live for each session.

How EverWebinar works

EverWebinar follows the same overall webinar lifecycle as live events, but the delivery is automated.

Instead of presenting live:

  • You select a broadcast source (a recorded webinar or video).
  • You define a schedule for when attendees can join.
  • The session plays automatically at the scheduled time.
  • Interactions such as offers and polls can be pre-configured to appear during the session.

There is no live presenter during the broadcast. However, you can include a moderator to review chat and answer questions live.

Registration pages, email notifications, integrations, and tracking work the same way as live webinars and are documented in the shared WebinarJam sections of the knowledge base.

When setting up an automated webinar, you typically move through these stages:
