Dark or light mode

Apply a theme to your account interface, so you can work in the mode you prefer. Dark mode or light mode impacts your logged-in account areas only. Public content like registration pages, the webinar Live Room, and Control Panel are not affected by this theme.


Bad words filter

Add words to the Bad words filter that you want to block attendees from using in the chat during your events. 

Separate each word with a comma, up to 1000 words. Any chat from users containing a word in your list will be immediately deleted and will not display in the Live webinar. The bad words filter does not restrict Presenters. Anyone who accesses the event using a presenter or moderator link can use any words in the webinar chat.


Regulatory Settings

Use these settings to control what webinar-related information is stored after a session ends. Reviewing and adjusting these options helps ensure your data retention practices align with the regulatory requirements of your industry.

Session Recording

When enabled, the system automatically records your webinars and saves the replay to your account for later access. When disabled, webinars are not recorded and no replay will be available after the session ends.

Attendee Interactions

When enabled, attendee interactions such as chat messages, poll responses, and replay questions are saved and can be reviewed after the webinar ends. When disabled, these interactions are not stored once the webinar is over.

AI Features

When enabled, the AI Agenda Planner is available to help you generate webinar agendas automatically. When disabled, the AI Agenda Planner is not available, and agendas must be created manually using the agenda text box.
