Update the credit card for WebinarJam or EverWebinar subscriptions in the self-service billing portal.

You may have a bundle subscription that includes both WebinarJam and EverWebinar or you may have separate subscriptions for each product. Depending on your subscription type(s), you may need to update your credit card in more than one place.


Access the billing portal

  1. Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner of your WebinarJam account.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
    • The window displays your most recent Order ID number and a button to access the self-service billing portal. Click go to self-billing to launch the billing portal
  3. Click Go to self-billing to launch the self-service portal.
  4. On the portal login page, enter your account email address and the order ID number shown in your account
    • The Order ID can also be found in any payment confirmation email or the top-right corner of any invoice.

Update your credit card

The inside of your billing portal will look something like this:

  1. Locate the subscription(s) you want to update. Each white box on the page represents a separate subscription.
  2. Click the credit card icon to see the last four digits and the expiry date of the credit card on file for each subscription.

  3. Click the pencil icon to update the payment details or add a new credit card.

If you have more than one subscription, you'll need to update the credit card for each one separately. Make sure to change the card for every subscription where you want to update the payment info.
