Connect an Autoresponder or CRM

To integrate third-party autoresponder services, open your account Profile:

  1. Go to Integrations > Autoresponder Integrations
  2. Select your provider and enter the required credentials to create a connection

Disconnect an auto-responder

To remove an integrated auto-responder, open the account profile and go to Integrations > Autoresponder:

  1. Select the auto-responder you want to remove
  2. Click the Reset link at the bottom of the window

You may need to remove an auto-responder or CRM integration if it is no longer working, or if the credentials (such as an API key or password have changed.

Be careful:

Resetting an auto-responder automatically deletes any integration rules associated with it. Before deleting an auto-responder, double-check your webinars to understand how they will be affected.

Integration rules are configured in the webinar settings under Integrations > Email autoresponder integration.
