Using a custom domain email address (DKIM)
If you use a custom domain email address (for example, john@smithco.com), your domain must be authenticated with DKIM records in your account settings.
If DKIM is not configured correctly, you will see a warning message:

Learn more about the DKIM missing error, and how to authenticate your sender domains.
Using a free email address (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
If the webinar host has a free email address (such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc):
- WebinarJam automatically replaces the sender email address with webinarinfo@webinarjam.net
- The sender name will still display as the host’s name
This helps improve deliverability and reduces the risk of emails being marked as spam.
