If you can’t access your mobile device or authenticator app, you can use a recovery code to sign in to your account.
How recovery codes work
A recovery code is a backup login method
Each code can be used only once
A new code is generated every time you use one
You can use a recovery code to:
Access your account if you lose your device
Reset or reconnect your authenticator app
Log in with a recovery code
Enter your email address and password
On the verification screen, click Try another method
Select Recovery code
Enter your recovery code
Click Continue
Save your new recovery code
After logging in, a new recovery code will be generated.
Important:
Copy and store this new code in a safe place
Your previous recovery code is no longer valid
You will need this code if you lose access again in the future
