If you are unable to log in to your account, use this guide to identify the issue and follow the correct steps quickly.

Make sure:
You are using the correct email address associated with your account
You check your spam or junk folder for password reset or verification emails
What is happening?
I forgot my password
Reset your password and regain access to your account: Reset a forgotten account password
I am prompted for a verification code and cannot log in
If you see a request for a one-time passcode (MFA), follow the instructions here: Log in using a one-time passcode (MFA)

I cannot access my authentication app or backup method
If you are unable to complete multi-factor authentication using your usual method, use a recovery code instead: Log in using a recovery code (MFA)
I want to change the email address on my account
