After entering your email and password to log in to your account, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time passcode verify your identity. This code is sent to your email or generated by your authenticator app, depending on your settings.
Log in to your account
Enter your email address and password
On the next screen, enter your one-time passcode
Where to find your passcode
The location of your code depends on your MFA method:
Authenticator app
Open your authenticator app
Find the code for your account
Enter the 6-digit code shown
If you have multiple accounts in your app, make sure you select the correct one.
Check your inbox for an email from [email protected]
Subject: [WebinarJam] Verify your identity
Copy the code from the email and enter it on the login screen
Important:
Email passcodes are valid for 5 minutes
Only the most recent code will work
You can select “Remember this device for 30 days” to skip MFA on that browser. Only use “Remember this device” on a device you trust.
You will be asked for a new code again if:
30 days pass
You clear your browser cookies
You use a different browser or device
