Learn how to reactivate your existing account by purchasing a new subscription with the email address associated with your account.
When you purchase a new subscription using your existing account email address, the new subscription is automatically linked to your account. You can then log in using your existing login credentials.
Reactivate your account
WebinarJam
Go to the WebinarJam pricing page.
Use the toggle to select monthly or yearly billing.
Click Start Now under the plan you want.
Enter the email address associated with your existing account on the checkout form.
Complete the checkout.
EverWebinar
Go to the EverWebinar pricing page.
Click the button under the payment plan you want.
Enter the email address associated with your existing account on the checkout form.
Complete the checkout.
Once your purchase is complete, the new subscription is automatically linked to your existing account and your account is reactivated. You can log in using your existing credentials.
Tip: If you don't remember your account password, you can reset your password before logging in.
