Update your billing address

Applies to: WebinarJam and EverWebinar

Learn how to update the billing address shown on your WebinarJam or EverWebinar invoices.

If your address has changed or your billing address is different from your payment method, you can update it in the self-service billing portal.

If you have multiple subscriptions (bundled or separate), you may need to update the billing address for each one individually.


Access the billing portal

To update your billing address:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your account

  2. Select the Billing tab

  3. Click Go to self-billing

    Click go to self-billing to launch the billing portal
  4. On the login page, enter:

    • Your account email address

    • Your Order ID

Where to find your Order ID:

  • In the Billing tab of your account

  • In any payment confirmation email

  • On an invoice (top-right corner)

Invoice number is the order ID

Update your billing address

Once inside the billing portal:

  1. Locate the subscription you want to update

  2. Click the location pin icon to view the current billing address

  3. Update the address fields with your new information

  4. Submit the form to save your changes
