Reset a forgotten account password

If you can't remember your account password, you can reset it.

Applies to: WebinarJam and EverWebinar

To reset your account password:

  1. Go to the WebinarJam account login page: https://app.webinarjam.com/login

  2. Click Forgot password

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

    • If you're not sure what the email address is, look for a recent subscription invoice. Billing notifications for your account are always sent to the primary email address on file.

    • If you enter an email address that is not associated with an account, you will not receive an email.

  4. Click Continue

  5. Check your email inbox for a message from WebinarJam and click the change link

  6. Create a new, strong password that is not used on other websites.

The email should be in your inbox within a few minutes. If you do not see it, please check your spam and/or promotion folders. Add [email protected] as a safe sender in your email inbox to help ensure you receive all account-related notifications.

Important: This email address is used to send automated notifications only and is not monitored for incoming messages. If you need to contact our Support team, please use the Help widget available from within your account.


Password requirements

Your password must contain:

  • At least 8 characters

  • At least 3 of the following:

  • Lower case letters (a-z)

  • Upper case letters (A-Z)

  • Numbers (0-9)

  • Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
