Improvements
New Regulatory Settings panel
Introduced three admin-only compliance toggles (Session Recording, Attendee Interactions, AI Features) allowing regulated organizations to disable specific data collection with a single switch. (3007 WJEW)
Session Recording
When "Session Recording” is turned off, no audio/video files are saved, ensuring zero recording footprint for regulated workflows. (3010 WJ)
Replay settings remain editable for past webinars: hosts can still manage existing replays while respecting compliance rules for future ones. (3287 WJ)
Full cleanup of presentation files, slides, and live assets after sessions to prevent long-term storage of unused material. (3015 WJ)
Attendee Interactions
No poll data is stored after a session when Attendee Interactions is switched off, maintaining strict data-handling compliance. (3286 WJ)
When interactions are disabled, chats are not written to the database and any running modules (polls, stickies, etc) are purged at webinar end. (3011, 3014 WJEW)
AI Features
Completely blocks AI-related actions (automated agenda generation, using generated agenda in live webinar) when organizations opt out. The agenda feature can still be used, but with manual content only. (3013 WJ)
